I have stayed many times in this hotel and it always meets my expectations. The location is superb and it is a good relation cost-benefit.

My family and I recently had an outstanding stay at Somewhere Hotel Apartment in Deira from the 15th to the 30th of December 2023. As a family of four, including my wife, an eleven-year-old son, and an infant under one year old, we were delighted with our experience. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel receptionist, Ms. Norisel. Norisel's warmth and professionalism made our check-in seamless and set a positive tone for our entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel truly welcomed. Additionally, we want to extend our appreciation to Mr. Randy, the concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Whether it was offering valuable local recommendations or helping us with our luggage, Randy's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed. The spacious and well-appointed family-friendly accommodations provided us with the comfort and convenience we needed, especially when traveling with an infant. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and safety protocols further added to our peace of mind during these times. The central location of Somewhere Hotel Apartment in Deira allowed us easy access to the metro, local attractions, dining, and shopping options, making our holiday even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Somewhere Hotel Apartment exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional service from Ms. Norisel, Mr. Randy, and the entire hotel staff. The facilities such as the fridge, microwave oven and washing machine including iron were in excellent condition. The cleaning staff did a good job in cleaning or tidying up my room anytime. Finally ,the front desk lady,Ms.Norisel was exceptionally good at providing services and assistances tat my beck and call.

I have been handicapped due to an accident of my right knee. The staff was super friendly to help me with my daily matters, carrying bags etc. The location is excellent, as you are only 70 meters away between the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of metro station, then you can use the subway to walk to the other exit and enter Deira City Center mall. The room has a pretty well equipped kitchenette and you can do your own breakfast. And there are plenty of dining places in the hotel or around, in Deira city Center, that can match different tastes. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more gym equipment, as it needs a huge upgrade and add many more channels to the satellite list.

Staff is very professional and courteous. Special mention to Mrs. Megha at the reception desk, Mr. Joseph at sales, the concierge guys, and the lady who kept my apt. spotless with fresh towels and water flowing. Great location, with a metro station at your doorstep, a major shopping mall across the street, everything you need close by.
